Flaggings
Under the provisions of the Finnish Securities Markets Act shareholders of listed companies have an obligation to notify of changes in their holding both the listed company and the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority, if the holding reaches, exceeds or falls below 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 66.7% of the voting rights or share capital.
Shareholders are requested to send flagging notifications by email to investor@exelcomposites.com.
